Couch 2 CrossFit Course

Are you one who has never worked out in a gym before or haven't worked out in a long time?? Are you one who has never lifted any kind of weights before??  Our Couch 2 CrossFit course is the prefect class for you. It's a one month course setup to teach you the basics of CrossFit. Each week, you will have 2 one hour class periods where a coach will work closely with you to teach you the functional movements, the importance of scaling workouts, how to use all the equipment, assess your mobility and flexibility, and discuss the foundational blocks that make up CrossFit.

ADP (Athletic Development and Performance)

$300 - One Time Payment

These 60 min workouts are designed for junior high/high school athletes (11-13 / 14-18 years old) who are looking to gain a competitive advantage by means of increasing their speed, strength, power and endurance.  The athletes will have the opportunity to work with two highly qualified coaches.
*Anthony Fox: Masters in Movement and Sport Studies and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  
*Melissa Meagher: former Division I Volleyball Player, currently holds her CFL-2 training certificate.

ADP meets 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 3:45pm).  

Session Breakdown:
-Warm-up
-Strength/Skill
-Accessory/Conditioning
-Cool Down/Stretching

Weekly Focus:
Day1: Lower Body: Unilateral/Bilateral
Day 2: Upper Body: Pushing, Pulling, Hand-Eye Coordination
Day 3: Acceleration/De-acceleration, Jumping/Landing/Rebounding, Rotation/Anti-rotation

Full Access Membership

$119 - Billed Monthly until cancelled

Full Access Pass grants access to any CrossFit, GetFit, QuickFit, and Legends class times offered any day of the week along the Endurance Course. You will also have access to the gym during all business hours to do accessory work or extra workouts at your convenience.

Full Access Pass members have access to the gym 6 days a week:
Monday-Thursday: 5:00am-7:45pm
Friday: 5:00am-7:45pm
Saturday: 8:00am, 10:00am

CrossFit (60 min classes-approximately $5/class)

$99 - Billed Monthly until cancelled

These 60 min. group class are designed to touch on all aspects of
fitness. You will have a certified trainer to lead you through a warm up, strength session, and/or a conditioning workout that is designed to improve your cardio-respiratory endurance and muscular strength.

CrossFit Classes are offered 6 days a week:
Monday-Friday- 5am, 6am, 12pm, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm
Saturday- 8am, 10am

(This membership includes access to scheduled open gym times)

QuickFit Membership (30 min classes-approximately $3 per class)

$69 - Billed Monthly until cancelled

QuickFit classes are 30 minutes long and utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, bands, rowers, bikes, running, and functional body weight movements to develop each member. The focus is on cardio endurance with some resistance training. These classes are perfect for those who are looking to slowly integrate fitness into their health journey, or for those busy individuals who only have 30 minutes a day to dedicate to fitness.

QuickFit Classes are offered 5 days a week:
Monday-Friday- 5:30am, 12:00pm, 3:45pm, 5:45pm
Saturday- 8:00am, 10:00am

(This membership includes access to scheduled open gym times.)

Legends (60 min classes-approximately $4/class)

$49 - Billed Monthly until cancelled

These 60 min classes are for those who are 50 years of age and older looking to increase their functionality, flexibility, strength, and cardio endurance while learning the fundamentals of each movement and proper technique. The classes are ran with a slightly lower intensity level with the focus on quality movements vs quantity.

Legends Classes are offered 3 days a week:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 6:45pm

KidsFit (30min classes-approximately $3/class)

$29 - Billed Monthly until cancelled

We believe that it is important for children to learn at a young age that fitness and health can be fun. These classes utilize body weight movements and games in order to help keep your kiddos active and healthy!

KidsFit classes are offered 2 days a week:
Monday and Wednesday-  3:45pm (7-10 years of age)




Endurance Membership (60min- approximately $3/workout)

$29 - Billed Monthly until cancelled

This membership is for all you cardio athletes looking to improve your aerobic capacity and overall endurance. It is a 2 session per week membership.  One session will be programmed, lead by a coach, and completed at the gym or track.  A second session will be programmed and sent out online for the members to complete at their convenience.   This course utilizes different modalities including running, rowing, biking, body weight exercises, etc.

Endurance Class offered 2 days a week: 
Monday- home workout released to complete during the week.
Saturday- at 7:15am (onsite at SouthWind CrossFit or at the track)
