The membership grants you access to the gym anytime it's open. This means you can drop-in to any class and as many classes as you would like per day. It also allows you to drop-in to do your own workouts anytime through out the day.

Full Access Pass members have access to the gym 6 days a week:
Monday-Thursday: 5:00am-7:45pm
Friday: 5:00am-7:45pm
Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm

CrossFit (60 min classes-approximately $5/class)

$99 - Billed Monthly until cancelled

These 60 min. group class are designed to touch on all aspects of
fitness. You will have a certified trainer to lead you through a warm up, strength session, and/or a conditioning workout that is designed to improve your cardio-respiratory endurance and muscular strength.

CrossFit Classes are offered 6 days a week:
Monday-Friday- 5am, 6am, 12pm, 4:45pm, and 5:45pm
Saturday- 9am

(This membership includes access to scheduled open gym times)

QuickFit Membership

QuickFit Membership

QuickFit classes are 30 minutes long and utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, bands, rowers, bikes, running, and functional body weight movements to develop each member. The focus is on cardio endurance with some resistance training. These classes are perfect for those who are looking to slowly integrate fitness into their health journey, or for those busy individuals who only have 30 minutes a day to dedicate to fitness.

QuickFit Classes are offered 5 days a week:

Legends (60 min classes-approximately $4/class)

These 60 min classes are for those who are 50 years of age and older looking to increase their functionality, flexibility, strength, and cardio endurance while learning the fundamentals of each movement and proper technique. The classes are ran with a slightly lower intensity level with the focus on quality movements vs quantity.

Legends Classes are offered 3 days a week:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 6:45pm

Pre-Teen Summer Session (8 weeks)

$200 - One Time Payment

For kids ages 10-13. This 8 weeks session for your pre-teens will help get your teens in shape for the following school year while also introducing them to weightlifting.  We will spend the 8 weeks teaching them the mechanics and technique for weightlifting, along with interval, and skills training.  Our mixture of cardio, strength training, and other GPP skills will create a well balanced athlete for any sport your teen is interested in doing.

Teens CrossFit Summer Session (8 weeks)

$200 - One Time Payment

For Teens ages 14-18. This 8 weeks session will help get your teens in shape for the following school year. We will spend the 8 weeks teaching them the mechanics and technique for weightlifting, along with interval, and skills training.  Our mixture of cardio, strength training, and other GPP skills will create a well balanced athlete for any sport your teen is interested in doing.

Barbell Club

$60 - One Time Payment

8 Week Class focused on barbell work. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45pm.
