Personal Training is a great place to start if you are nervous about transitioning into a class setting. It's also perfect for those who have more specific needs in regards to goals, sport, lifestyle, or injury. Our Trainers are going to ensure that your needs are met, your goals are our goals!

Booking Policy

Appointments may be booked starting 1 month in advance of the appointment and up to 2 hours before the start of the appointment.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: At SouthWind CrossFit we understand that life and emergencies happen. However, in order to help you stay accountable and keep trainers working efficiently, it is common courtesy that clients let our trainers know two hours prior to their appointment if they need to cancel, without penalty. Any cancellation after within the two hour window will have to be discussed with your trainer.
